Business tip: "Question
frequently - to understand, not to criticise"
As a business team leader you need to develop a technique
of questioning without accusing, as a part of your routine.
If you can understand every nook and cranny of your business,
you can reward initiative without punishing those who carry
out business activities in a different style from your own.
This is the primary objective of a team-leader - the blending
of different talents rather than the production of clones.
A group of clones have a small pool of resources, but a
group of individuals can have a limitless sea of expertise.
Questions are then dialogue, and not assaults.
