Looking for a great way to spend the holidays and your spare moments after school? A club where you feel you can really shine? Skills Inc is an after school and holiday course run for schoolchildren in the Powys and Shropshire area including Montgomeryshire to teach the basics of musical and theatrical performance and production. The course involves a high level of individual participation and is lots of fun as well as being highly focused. Children learn how to develop short entertaining sketches including elements of music. Courses are designed to fit into the school cycle and to be run in schools or buildings adjacent to them. Interested schools or parents may initiate a course if staffing is available. Running costs are £5 per session for a minimum of ten children. Half-term daily courses Mon-Fri, two and a half hours daily cost £50 for the week per child. During the course, children prepare short musical and entertaining sketches to present to their schools at the end of the course. |
