Dol-llys Farm is situated within walking distance of the historic market town of Llanidloes, on the banks of the River Severn. The walking routes of Glyndwr's Way and the Severn Way pass near the site, as does the National Cycle Route. Golf, Clay Pigeon Shooting and the town's Sports Centre are all situated nearby.
Facilities available on site include toilets, showers, electricity hook ups, a laundry room, a camper's kitchen for the preparation of snacks and a children's play area. Walkers, cyclists and others touring the area are more than welcome to call in and use the camper's kitchen. Fishing on the Severn is also available on the site. Dogs are welcome, but must stay on a lead.

Dol-llys Farm also has a twin bedded self catering option attached to the farmhouse. This consists of a self contained, compact, twin bedded accommodation option available for hire. The accommodation comprises a kitchen, a lounge and an ensuite bedroom with twin beds. The accommodation is suitable for 2 persons only. Please call for further details.

At the roundabout in Llanidloes, cross over the bridge and bear round to the right past the hospital. Where the road forks, take the right hand road to Oakley Park. Dol-llys is the first farm entrance on the right.
