Age Concern Birmingham has a large and newly fitted Conference/Training Facility available on the fifth floor of Centro House in Summer Lane. This is sited just off the city centre and is within walking distance of Snow Hill and New Street Stations.

Car Parking arrangements : There is ample on street parking adjacent and around Centro House costing only £1.60 for four hours.

Room Size: 10m x 7m, which can comfortably seat a maximum of 24 people board style and 45-50 people theatre style. There are two further conference rooms seating up to 8 people and these can also be hired for a smaller meeting or as additional syndicate rooms.

Charges for Main Conference Facility :
Voluntary Sector: £75 for full day session/£40 for half day session
Statutory Sector: £85 for full day session/£45 for half day session
Commercial Sector: £125 for full day session/£70 for half day session

Equipment : OHP & Flipchart : Free, TV/Video : £10 per day or part day, Video Projector : £20 per day or part day

Catering : £7.00 per person per day for lunch and all refreshments, or refreshments/biscuits only at 65p pp per serving
